From August 1 through November 7, fans can enter to win a $25 donation at NASCARfoundation.org/cargiveaway. Four fans will be selected as finalists who will win a VIP trip to Phoenix for NASCAR Championship Weekend, where one of them will get to take home the brand new 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E.
“We are extremely grateful for Ford’s support because without them this would not have been possible,” said NASCAR Foundation Executive Director Nicole Krieger. “The 2011 Ford Mustang Mach-E is an incredible car and we are confident it will help us raise funds that will allow the Foundation to continue its mission of helping children in our local racing communities.”
Recognized as the 2021 Utility Vehicle of the Year, the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E is Ford’s first all-electric crossover. Inspired by the automaker’s iconic pony car, the Mustang Mach-E can deliver a driving range of up to 305 miles when paired with an extended-range battery. The Mustang Mach-E also gets 19-inch wheels, a panoramic fixed-glass roof, and a Band & Olufsen 10-speaker surround sound system. Please visit ford.com/suvs/mach-e for full vehicle details.
“We are proud to support the NASCAR Foundation with our all-electric 2021 Mustang Mach-E,” said Jenny Kirkaldy, Motorsport Marketing Manager, Ford Performance. “We have had the opportunity to introduce the Mach-E to the NASCAR community by allowing our drivers to experience it in their daily driving, and have it become the official speed car at the NASCAR Cup Series races in Talladega and Nashville. . . , so we’re excited that one lucky consumer will get to experience this great new car, while benefiting from the great work the NASCAR Foundation does.”
Four finalists will be given the VIP experience, including a trip to Phoenix, where one of them will be announced as the grand prize winner on November 7. Each finalist will be selected in four different stages of the competition. Based on the entries received from August 1 to August 22, the first finalists will be announced on August 23. The second finalists will be announced on 13 September based on entries received from 22 August to 12 September. The third finalist will be announced on 4 October based on entries received from 13 September to 3 October. The fourth finalists will be announced on 25 October based on entries received from 4 October to 24 October.
Since it was founded in 2006, the NASCAR Foundation has raised nearly $40 million and helped more than 1.4 million children in need. The Car Giveaway fundraiser will continue these efforts, with all proceeds benefiting the Foundation’s initiatives, which aim to improve the health and well-being of children in race markets across the country.
