Every Sunday through September 26 (weather permitting): Mustangs gathering, 6 to 8 p.m., in the parking lot behind McDonald’s, 941 N. Cable Road, Lima. admission is free. All Mustangs are welcome, new, old original or modified. Along with food and drink from the three restaurants, ice cream will also be available for purchase. Sponsored by Mustang Maniacs of NW Ohio. • Every other Monday, (weather permitting): July 5, July 19, August 2, August 16, August 30, September 13 and September 27, 6-8 pm, Buffalo Wings & Rings “Monday Night Car and Bike Night” – 1939 Roshman Ave., Lima. Sunday, July 4: Cracker Cruise-In, 1-5 PM, Downtown St. Henry, Ohio. Registration is $10 per vehicle. The cruise-in will be running rain or shine. Proceeds will be donated to increase picnic entertainment. There will be door prizes, music, 50/50 raffles and plaques. • Saturday, July 17: American Classics Bike & Car Show, Harley-Davidson, 3255 Fort Shawnee Industrial Drive, Lima. rain or shine. Registration is $10 and is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The prizes will start at 3 pm. Meals will be served from noon to 2:30 pm Music will be provided by King Karaoke. • Friday, July 23: The Bucky Cruiser Car Show at Tom Evans Detailing, 770 Shawnee Road, Lima, 4-8 PM Registration is free and runs from 4 to 6 PM for the top 10 cars/trucks and two motorcycle trophies. Saturday, July 31: The Vintage Chevrolet Club of America public car show, open to all makes and models of cars and trucks, at 9 a.m., Allen County Fairgrounds, 2750 Harding High., Lima. Use the South Entrance, Gate 6. Registration is $10. Email for details. Awards start at 3 p.m. The event includes food trucks, fishing, and a swap meet.

Friday, August 6: The beat of the Lima Car Show, 5-8 PM, at the Tom Ahl Family of Dealership, 2525 Allentown Road, Lima. Registration is $10 and starts at 4 p.m. Open to all vehicles and bicycles. More than 30 trophies will be awarded. In addition, there will be Polly Mae, a burnout contest and entertainment by Peet’s ice cream and hot dogs. All proceeds benefit the heartbeat of Lima. • Saturday, August 7: Wapakoneta VFW Post 8445 Car Show, 9am to 3pm, 712 N.J. Dixie Highway, Wapakoneta. Registration is from 9 am to 10 pm. DJ on campus from 11am to 3pm with food, refreshments, 50/50, raffles and door prizes. All proceeds go to the Honor Guard and local veterans. Saturday, August 7: Kenton Moose Car and Truck Show, 1 to 5 PM, Kenton Moose Lodge, 800 W. Lima St., Kenton. Registration is $10, trophies will be awarded at 5 p.m., dash plaques for the first 50 vehicles, goodie bags, door prizes, raffles, 50/50, and entertainment by JD Owen. Saturday, September 11: Pioneer Days Car Show, 10am to 4pm, on the streets of Kalida during Pioneer Days. Registration starts at 10 a.m. and is $10 per vehicle. Sunday, September 19: 8th Annual “King” Car & Motorcycle Show, Forot Park Pavilion, Lima, -5 PM, 12-2:30 PM with $15 registration, which includes a T-shirt. 12 trophies and 30 plaques will be awarded. Free entertainment featuring Somebody’s Kids and Jeff Davis as well as Richie Crouch, Elvis impersonator with special guest Barney Fife. Fun for the entire family. The proceeds benefit the Salvation Army.
